After President Obama returns and has rested from his trip to  Copenhagen, we could expect Barack to be inclined to report what he learned to Congress and propose a bill to tax people who use carbon based fuels or products.  You know, that’s been big for Al Gore, especially since he was given a Noble prize for pushing a carbon tax on the industrial developed nations.

We can expect that the President will be convinced that carbon causes global warming. You might have a view of your own about what might cause global warming.
